Katherine has learnt everything she knows about hats and fascinators from the infamous (and sometimes formidable!) Margaret Sims formerly of Hats Francise, arguably the most successful hat hire business in Norfolk in its time.
After bonding over their passion for millinery excellence, Margaret nurtured Katherine's enthusiasm before handing over the reins, knowing her legacy would be in the safest of hands.
